Jonathan Burshtein is the founding lawyer of Burshtein Law. He primarily practices in the areas of corporate and business law, contracts and wills and estates law.
As part of his corporate and business practice, Jon helps startups and small businesses organize new businesses, represents clients during purchases and sales of business. He also provides succession planning services for small business owners, including estate freezes and the creation of family trusts.
As part of his contract practice, Jon reviews and drafts contracts for his client, including shareholder, partnership and joint venture agreements, employment and independent contractor agreements, manufacturing and distribution agreements and website terms and privacy policies.
