Introducing Groove Law
Burshtein Law is excited to introduce the beta release of our new legal platform - Groove Law. Groove Law let's startups easily request and organize their corporate minute book as well as common startup legal docs, such as employment and contractor agreements, subscription agreements and convertible notes. Groove Law is not a substitute for a lawyer - it's a more effective way for a lawyer to deliver legal services to startups and for startups to manage their legal docs.
The core of Groove Law is its (a) ability to manage a corporation's minute book, including the ability for startups to view up-to-date cap tables and other documents; and (b) streamlined way for clients to request common docs.
In terms of pricing, their is an annual fee for the use of the platform which includes a corporation's annual resolutions and filings, as well as standard resolutions dealing with director, officer and office changes and dividends. For other legal docs, clients can pay a fixed fee for each doc or can subscribe to a monthly plan where they get credits which can be used towards docs. You can view the pricing information here: https://groovelaw.com/pricing.
Finally, Groove Law also has features which are geared to larger clients, such as the ability to add additional users to a plan and customized templates. Customized templates are a legal doc which is prepared for you and which you will then to be able to request like other legal docs that are accessible from the platform. This feature can be used by a delivery service who has standard driver agreement or even a venture fund who needs to generate a set of standard agreements for their investment targets (but which can then be further customized as needed).
